SUBMARINE GEL APPARATUS
MS-577, MS-4x4
A "T" type table allows buffer to cool the gel from the top
and bottom. Buffer recirculation can be achieved by inserting
in/out tubes through holes in the lid and connecting them
to a pump.
COMPLETE SETS include one box with flat lid, one pair of standard
power leads, one UVT tray, one comb holder and one PVC comb

HS-1323
Feature a raised table with adjustable casting gates**,
and "A" frame safety lid* (slope
of lid directs the condensation to the sides of the box preventing
gel bombardment. This is an Aladin exclusive feature.), a
level, five leveling feet and buffer recirculation ports.
The HS-1323 is also a horizontal set up by the incorporation
of two extra gates for casting agarose wicks.
COMPLETE SETS include one box with a safety lid, one UVT tray,

* A SAFETY LID has the power leads attached
to it so that it must be placed on the apparatus before power
connections are possible. Power must be disconnected before
the lid can be totally removed.
** ADJUSTABLE GATE holders allow changes in pressure against
the gate in case of gate mix-up between boxes of the same
kind during clean up. This is an Aladin exclusive feature.
