RADIATION SHIELDING TRAY

This piece of equipment allows you to hold one molded microcentrifuge tube rack (5x16 matrix) over ice behind a vertical shield face. Tray is 10-1/4"L x 4-1/2"W x 2-1/4"D (ID). The face is 11-1/4"W and perpendicular to the base. At 8-1/2" it slopes back to a total height of 11". Tube rack not included.

RADIOACTIVE WASTE CONTAINERS

These containers are built of 1/2" clear acrylic and can be used for liquid or solid waste. Nested lids have a lift handle. Hinged lids swivel on a stainless steel piano hinge and stop at approximately 100 degrees. Easy one hand operation. We offer an upgrade for containers with hinged lid intended to be lined with a plastic bag. It allows folding the bag over the top without bunching up in the hinge area. This promotes the lid to lay flat on the box. Please call for prices. Radioactive waste containers can be built to user specifications.
